Sheriff's Office arrests Bath woman for breaking and entering |

On Jan. 4, the Beaufort County Sheriff's Office received a report of a Breaking and Entering and Larceny that occurred at a residence on Jackson Swamp Road in Bath. The victim reported several X-Box video games were stolen from the residence. The Sheriff's Office began an investigation, collected evidence, and conducted interviews. The stolen property was recovered at a video-gaming business in Washington. As a result of the investigation, Investigator Rob Voliva applied for and obtained a warrant charging Lisa Corey Selfridge, age 43, of Jackson Swamp Road in Bath with one count of Felony Breaking and Entering, one count of Felony Larceny, and one count of Obtaining Property By False Pretense. Selfridge turned herself in on Jan. 13 and was held in the Beaufort County Detention Center on a $1,000 secured bond set by Magistrate Curtis.
